Life is Beautiful

by Frater JL

Life is Beautiful!

And at last, you will make an important discovery... And you will declare that life is indeed beautiful. Then the rest of your life will become a celebration, an incarnation of celebration and joy… a celebration of life.

You, as members of our august Vajrayana Order, are considered more fortunate than most people. You are given tools, teachings and techniques that will make you the master of your destiny. You can change your life for the better, both materially and spiritually. But still, in the many years that I have served you as Hierophant, I have seen members who are still in the path of suffering. Why is this so?

Please listen to what will I say: Life is beautiful. You must affirm this—first by thought then by word, and then by action. Now, every morning upon awakening, as your consciousness returns to objectivity, immediately utter a prayer of thankfulness to God and the Masters for another day to live. Give thanks that you are again given another day of opportunity to serve Him, the Masters and. your fellowmen. Give thanks for another day of opportunity to better yourselves, and a chance to continue your efforts to master your lives.

Afterwards, do your morning meditation, whatever this may be. Next, be sure that you take a bath. Now, in taking a bath, first cup some water in both of your hands. Pour this water at the top of your head, and let it trickle down your spine. In certain monasteries in India, this is done to slowly awaken the spinal kundalini currents. When this is done, begin taking a bath. Soap and rinse your body well. Rub all your flesh with your hand or a towel Static electricity is produced in this manner. When static electricity is created, water reacts to it and the human aura is enlarged. This helps produce a very clean and healthy human body. The washing and soaping also open the pores and remove hidden dirt. The whole body is cleansed.

In the final washing or pouring during your bath, as water is poured at the top of your head, affirm and decree that all your weaknesses, diseases and sins in this lifetime and in your past lives are washed away. Avow that you are completely purified of internal and external impurities with every pouring of water down your body. Do this so that you feel totally purified and clean after taking a bath, and you feel good inside and outside.

If you are an early bird and you wake up before dawn, you may go for a walk after taking a bath. Go outside your house, feel the fresh air, welcome the coming of the dawn. Walk leisurely, not going in a hurry. As you do, thank God for the fresh air. Thank God for the dawn. Thank God that you can walk. Feel His presence inside and outside of you. If you have time, look around and observe nature around you. Observe the color of the sky, the leaves on the trees, the grass on the ground, the stones on the pathway, the people you meet, if there are any. Remember: observe and observe only. Do not emote. Do not think. Observe with impersonal detachment as God does when he looks at his creation. Then after a while, go to work or return home.

It is when we pause to bask in the gloriousness of it all that we become aware of a similar sense of harmony within ourselves. We feel a sense of belongingness. We realize that we are part of the whole of creation and not a separate entity. This sparks yet another realization which throws light on what we are intrinsically — a Being of Harmony whose natural tendencies are toward goodness, joy, love, peace and happiness.

As you go about your daily work, always try to retain the feeling of the presence of God and an attitude of thankfulness. Count your blessings. Forget your woes or suffering. When you come back home at night, you can do some meditation before having dinner. It is good if you can practice the exercise called "Pore Breathing'' to quicken the Cosmic Consciousness in every cell of your being. After that, you may again take a quick shower, and do the same ritual I taught you earlier. Then, before going to bed, you may go out in your garden or outside your house and feel the night air. Look at the dark sky. Again, just look and observe without emoting or thinking. Just observe. Look at the stars, the moon, the night shadows, the silhouette of the leaves. Look at everything. Observe. Then come back to your house and go to sleep. As you drift to unconsciousness, the last thoughts on your mind should be: "/ thank you, dear God, for the opportunities of the day." Also give a prayer that as you sleep, your consciousness and your Inner Self be used by the Masters in whatever purpose they deem proper to help or benefit others. Then sleep in peace.

After forty days of doing all of the above, you will notice a definite change in you. During your walks, as you look at the sky or at the leaves, you will notice that they will be the same sky and the same leaves; but there is a different glitter, a unique vitality in them. It is as if they hold a special message of ecstasy and harmony. This means that you now have learned to observe with impeccableness. This is a special, subtle kind of seeing that brings a deep yet silent joy. It may even be that on the forty-first day, when you go out in the night, your whole body will suddenly be electrified and you will feel cosmic electricity vibrating through every cell of your being.

After the ninetieth day or thereabouts, try to leave the city. Go to a place where you can commune with the raw beauty of nature. Go to the beach, to a mountain, or by the riverside. Again, take time to observe nature. Feel the sand beneath or feel the grass against the skin of your bare feet. Feel the wind against your face, the sun against your skin, the water against your body as you plunge into the sea. Look at the clear sky. Observe the

motion of the waves on the sea. Hear the gurgling noises of the beach. Watch the sunrise or the sunset. Remember, observe all these without emoting but with impeccable detachment. Also, perform at sea or in a river the same ritual of purification that you have been observing daily when taking a bath.

And if you can, spend the night out in the fresh air, with the starry sky above as your canopy. This will be a refreshing and revitalizing experience. I remember, one time, when our Order had an outing by the beach. There were no vacancies left among the rooms so I had to spend the night outside in my sleeping bag. A frater was with me and he was slightly feverish and cold at the same time. After a night spent by the beach, both of us were invigorated. The latter's fever and chills were completely gone and I myself felt very hale and healthy that morning upon waking up.

If you continue with the routine given above for a few more months, you will notice that opportunities for material advancement are coming in abundance. Your health is tremendously improving. There is a new beat in your heart and exuberance in your step, as if God has given you new vitality. Your mind is exceptionally clear and brilliant.

And at last, you will make an important discovery. You will realize that it is you who have caused all the misery and suffering in your life. And it is you and you alone who were able to remove or erase them. In other words, you will know that you really are the master of your life. And you will declare that life is indeed beautiful. Then the rest of your life will become a celebration, an incarnation of celebration and joy... a celebration of life!

Attaining God or Cosmic Consciousness

A lot has been written and said about Cosmic Consciousness. But these writings, being descriptions using the brain faculty, just fall short of truly relating what Cosmic Consciousness is. Words, pen and paper are insufficient to describe Cosmic Consciousness. Cosmic Consciousness cannot be penned, nor can it be pinned down with strings of words, no matter how wonderfully and cleverly crafted they may be. It cannot be said. It cannot be explained fully.

On the other hand, it is relatively easy to say what Cosmic Consciousness is not. For one, it is something that is not human. Can you grasp the significance of that statement? Cosmic Consciousness is not a human attribute. The respected scholar and writer on the subject, Dr Richard Maurice Bucke, himself said that Cosmic Men (those who possess Comic Consciousness) are not mortals. Persons who have Cosmic Consciousness belong to a different species. And if they were to demonstrate their abilities and faculties before us, we would be so stunned, so astonished that we would label those feats as nonhuman and beyond mortal facility.

It is fascinating to recount and marvel about the feats and miracles of Cosmic Men. But as practical persons, we find it equally, if not more, interesting to learn about how to attain comic Consciousness ourselves. Toward this end, we will keep in mind that transmission of higher consciousness normally happens in the physical presence of an adept. Some, the presence of the projected consciousess of an adept is there as in the case of Paul of Tarsus when on his way to Damascus, he attained Cosmic Consciousness upon sensing the invisible, projected psychic body of Jesus. It helps to talk about Cosmic Consciousness in groups like these.
For while we talk, while we dissect the subject in a lively and participative fashion, our intuition is stimulated and it functions more actively.

Now, there are two ways to attain Cosmic Consciousness. The first is through Aeons, Gods, or Masters. This denotes that another party is involved, something or someone outside of the person who wishes to attain Cosmic Consciousness. The second way is through discipline. But these two means are not necessarily separate or independent of each other. For those who are approached by a Master are usually they who have self-discipline.

Now, what is an Aeon, Master or God? In ancient times, the term god was preferred. An Aeon, meanwhile, refers to an individual perfected by ancient suffering. Jesus was an Aeon. His suffering is known to all students of religion. Some of the doctrines he taught are found in the King James Bible. But of course he had other teachings. Many of these are contained in the so-called Gnostic Gospels. Aeons like Jesus do come to earth. And in this present cycle, there are many of them who have reincarnated, and who now live within the general populace.

If your karma is pregnant, and your heart is pure, Aeons tend to come near you. But if your heart is impure, they will not be near you at all, in the real sense. You may even live in their house, you may stay with them for many years, but you will not benefit from such closeness-- unless you are a real practitioner or you are one with a pure heart. That is why the neighbors of Buddha, and even those of Jesus, did not attain Cosmic Consciousness, while some of the disciples did.

Masters and saints--our present-day terms for the Aeons and gods of ancient times--come to earth on a regular basis. Who descends on our plane is pre-determined by the Hierarchy. There are twelve such Hierarchies. The higher the level, so too is the state of attunement with the Absolute, and the more perfect is the vision, the more perfect is the merger. So, some Masters are higher than others, according to their different ranks or echelons.

Going back to Cosmic Consciousness, if we were to even come near achieving it, we must ask ourselves a fundamental question. And this is, "Do you really want to know?" “Do you really want to know yourself, to know God?” When you dwell on this thought, other basic, key questions arise: "Who am I?" "What am I?" “Where am I going?" "Where do I come from? '' These questions must grip and preoccupy you. They must burn within you. You must be obsessed to find the answers to them.

Time is very fleeting. So if you are not obsessed, you will not attain. There is no other choice but to be obsessed towards really wanting to know. That's a requirement, and a non- negotiable one at that.

Cosmic Consciousness is a force that is very far, very different from us in terms of vibration, yet it is also very near us. It is all around us, it is everywhere. Let me clarify with an example. Our thoughts and emotions, our very program, are very far from the program of the spirit. Look at us. We are grabbers. Even our prayers are aimed at grabbing or gaining something. But the God to whom we pray is life-giving. That's how different our vibrations are. We are very far from this God, not in physical terms nor in time, but in vibration or in consciousness. That's why if you do not love God with all your mind, with all your heart, with all your soul-- then there is no possibility of attaining.

The requirement is to follow God's laws, and to follow and love Him with all your mind and with all your soul. This is a contract. And the condition is that you must follow His laws. There is no going around this provision; it cannot be bent or broken.

A quick rule to guide our conduct is, "Do not do unto others what you do not want to be done unto you." The Christ, in embodying pure and total Love, said the same thing, but in a better way, with these words: "Love God with all your mind, with all your heart, and with all your soul," and "Love your neighbor as yourself. ''

These two laws, together with the obsession to know God, are the basic values, the cornerstones in attaining Cosmic Consciousness. Others of a philosophical or scientific bent may say "I don't want to know God. I want to know existence. '' This is fine. The important thing is that they should also be obsessed with the desire to know existence. The quest to know God, to know existence, to know oneself, to find true spirituality, to see God-- all these are basically the same. Aren't they but the quest for the unknown, a quest of the soul, a deep-rooted longing and yearning for something that is lacking in oneself? All humans have this urge, whether they realize it or not. And it is this urge-- the urge to know-- that separates us from animals. Later on, when we have acquired greater maturity we come across a strange but wonderful law, that only man can see and know God.

In certain monasteries I have gone to in India, the words Manav Kendra are written. This means “man making.” It is a curious phrase. One asks, why not “God-making” or “illumined-making” instead? People are of two kinds only: the alligator type, or the monkey. The alligator is predatory and rapacious, while the monkey is stubborn and troublesome. If you look around you, you will see people who evince these animal qualities. They have not become true humans yet. They do not have the capacity to love truly, which is the definition of being human. Unless you are capable of love, you will not give. Now try looking at yourself objectively to see which kind you are. Do you realize that prior to reaching Godhood, it is man-making that must be first given attention?

When one becomes a true human being who loves and gives, he begins to exemplify true morality. This morality is not that of mere words or written laws. It is the morality demonstrated through actions. It is the morality that gives, the morality of giving. What most people want is to receive first before they give. Are you human? One good measure of this is how much you give. Give first. If you do not follow the law of giving, then you shall never see God, never attain Cosmic Consciousness. The best practice of morality is giving. Give first of your own physical possessions, such as money, clothes, food, etc. Then give of yourself to others, as exemplified by Mother Theresa. When you do this, God shall cease to be far.

To sum up, the requirement to attain Cosmic Consciousness is a concrete and decisive desire to know. Foremost is to know God according to our best concept. Then to know self, then existence. These may sound like different goals and different terms, yet they are all the same. And as you strive to solve the riddle of who you are, and what you are, you should abide by the rules. That is to say, abide by moral values. Only by being morally upright can man realize his distinctness from animals. Is there a dog that is morally upright? Are there monkeys and alligators that recognize moral laws and live by them? None. Like many men, their minds are confused, their lives difficult and in disarray, and their way is to wantonly usurp others’ properties and disrespect others’ rights. Now, when your actions prove that you are moral, that you abide by moral precepts every day, the next concern that should be addressed is method. This is the "how" or the techniques that will lead you to Cosmic Consciousness. What approach or means can bring a moral man fastest to the state of Cosmic Consciousness? Religion says it is through devotion, I like that. And it is true, although it is a long path. I am a Rosicrucian and a Naga. Our techniques are scientific, and our methodology is straightforward. We go by the logic that to travel from Point A to Point B, you do not have to move through a loop. Nor through a spiral, nor any circuitous route. Instead, you go through a straight line. This, of course, is geometrically the shortest distance between two points.

The straight-line approach is indeed scientific. From facts, we establish that the force we call God, existence or reality is approachable and attainable by man. We can unite with it. There are proofs of even ordinary men achieving this much- sought-after state of illumination. In the last thousand of years, many have done so. Even in the last century, a considerable number also achieved Cosmic Consciousness, including Walt Whitman. And I know of some people now who are illumined.
Now let us go back to the "how" or the methodology of attaining Cosmic Consciousness. First, let us examine the laws or principles governing the phenomenon. Perhaps you have heard of the saying, "Know ye not that ye are gods?" There is great truth in this statement. We are of the same status as the great gods that we revere. There is no difference at all between us and them. The problem is that we have amnesia. We have ceased to know, we have forgotten that we are of the same stuff as the gods, that there is nothing in us physically and soulfully that is not of God, because God is everywhere. The Christ lovingly provided a clue: "Know ye not that the Kingdom of heaven is within you."

What a lamentable situation: the whole body is God, yet asleep! This physical body of ours is not just flesh, blood and bones-- in it is the inner man! In it is the soul, embedded in every cell, in every fiber of our being. But alas, it is asleep, and we are not conscious of it!

So, what we must do is awaken it. To do this, use the first technique found in your lessons, the technique called "Pore Breathing or Opening the energy gates of the body."

When doing Pore Breathing, ignore any and all phenomena that might arise. If you focus on the phenomena instead, or on psychic experiences, you will never see, you will never find what you are really looking for. Remember this statement: Our target is God or Adi Narayana. As long as not all chakras or psychic centers are awakened, the God force cannot manifest in us. So read your lessons well, review them, and this will be of great benefit to you.

There are two major glands-- the heart at the center of the chest, and the pineal gland in the center of the head. Or more accurately, the second gland referred to is the combination of the pineal and pituitary glands. It is as big as a marble in the spiritual plane. Unless you can meditate on the heart center for thirty minutes or more, you cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven, The heart center is the headquarters of the White Brotherhood. All saints, all masters are here, in this first level of the Mind of God which is the heart chakra. So again, refer to your lessons, review the techniques to enter or awaken the heart center.

To digress a bit, there is actually an average age for attaining Cosmic Consciousness. According to law, at the age of 35, all men, if properly prepared, can attain Cosmic Consciousness. Beyond age 35, attainment is still possible of course. Jesus attained it at age 35, and so did Buddha. But bear in mind what Jesus prophesied that after him, many will come who are even superior than him. They have come already. There are people on earth in our present cycle who have attained Cosmic Consciousness below age 35, such as at age 19 or 20 plus, or even younger. A grand event is about to happen on earth, a Golden Age is being prepared. Masters superior to Buddha and Jesus have reincarnated and are now here. They are men of very great wisdom, of pure Sophia.

So you are lucky. The auras of all these great incarnate Masters positively affect the earth, and can potentially provide a boost for mystics to achieve wondrous spiritual heights. So the time to practice and practice hard, is now. You should strive very hard because if you attain Cosmic Consciousness, your cells, your electrons, your very being will be transformed, and you will be a human no more. You will have become eagle-like adept. Remember, only an eagle can look directly at the sun. That is why this bird is being used by many esoteric schools as symbol of Cosmic attainment. Some Cosmic Men are even suns themselves.

"In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word took flesh. '' Some of the Cosmic men who are now on earth are really the Word incarnate. And their auras permeate the earth. Without their presence, many world wars could have happened. Without them, we might have experienced a great many calamities so devastating as to transform earth into a literal hell.

Strive to change, to practice hard, while you are here on earth, which is both a prison house and a school. When you attain Cosmic Consciousness, you have the right not to come back anymore, and instead pursue further evolution in other planes. For there are other, higher levels of consciousness beyond Cosmic Consciousness. Cosmic Consciousness is, after all just the beginning of a new species of being.

So now, it is time to practice, and l do hope you practice well and hard.

I want you to have your heart awakened as well. There is a law that says, if the heart is opened, you will develop the ability to learn, and to learn at a fast pace, a very fast pace indeed. Your mind's eye, your memory will become photographic. Your mind will be inspired, and you will develop the ability to adapt quickly. Opportunities will come your way. It is said that in the heart lies felicity. If this psychic center functions already, your aura will expand tremendously. Wonderful things will come to you. Would you not want opportunities to find you and come to you, rather than you strenuously hunting around for them? If something can make this happen, it is precisely the opening of the heart blazing with boundless compassion.

Some of you may be familiar with the Aquarian Gospel. In it, the Christ mentions two, and only two, psychic centers. One is the Heart, which is the Kingdom of Heaven. The other is the center of the head where many lights converge. It is also said in it is kept the hall of records of the universe together with the ark of the covenant. This head center is the Kingdom of the Soul, the very Mind of God. The technique to awaken it is simple, and is found in your lessons. In brief, it requires that you concentrate on the center of the head and visualize a brilliant ball of light aflame there. Most Cosmic Men of the highest order derive wisdom and illumination, and are able to attune to the Divine, through this psychic center,

When you have awakened the psychic center found at the center of the head, you also develop intuition, the language of the Lord. The language of the Cosmic is intuition, never the intellect nor the emotions. Once you master intuition, you will have inspiration. Your life will be meaningful and blessed, your outlook will be positive and will be tranquil and joyful, and very importantly, you will attain illumination. When you become illumined, you will behold the fabric of reality. You will then have attained the first plane of Cosmic Consciousness.

Merging with the Cosmic Consciousness entails not only knowing God, but also knowing God's laws, not intellectually nor emotionally, but through union. You become the law itself. This being so, it becomes very hard, if not impossible, for you to defy or go against the law. For how can you defy or violate your own self?

In closing, these three are then the requirements for the attainment of Cosmic Consciousness: obsession, morality and practice. Be obsessed to know. Practice true morality, especially the acts of selfless giving and loving. Then practice, practice, practice. Do the Pore Breathing technique or Opening the energy gates of the chela’s body exercises to awaken the psychic centers corresponding to the heart and the center of the head, and other techniques revealed in your lessons.

May peace reign in your being. Jai Ra!

Note: The next discourse was given by Frater Jose as a lecture to a community of Indian nationals and exiled Tibetans in Oakland, California in November 2001. It is edited to suite the needs of our members so therefore, we removed many Tibetan and Sanskrit terms.

Serve with Humility

"First let me bow to the feet of my guru, Param Sant Sat Guru Thakar Ji Maharaj. Then I bow to all to the hierarchy of Masters, Bodhisattvas and Mahasiddhas and ultimately I bow to Adi Narayana, the God of my heart and Lord of the universe. My master always says whatever you attain in this life, you may scan the universe and reach the highest planes of spirituality, if you have no inkling or desire to serve, all your attainments boils down to nothing. Service and sacrifice for others and in truth for all creatures is the true mark of attainment."

There are 3 kinds of service. The first, the most horrible is called lip service. This is the attainment of hypocrites; usually this is the group of book readers and imbibers of teachings. Their egos are inflated so much that they think they know. The adage “To thine own self be true” is a good advice for this kind of service. No one has the right to teach spirituality if you have not seen anything that is spiritual and if you have not known and experience first hand soul! Imagine the mess you will create if you teach about invisible spiritual things when you have not seen anything! You are like a man living in a mountain telling the people on the mountain about the ocean which you have not seen. How will you explain the vastness of the ocean, the creatures therein, its saltiness when you have not even seen one? They must first do their homework. Yes, you must read. Yes, you must study. You must fill your intellect and your brain of the knowledge of the esoterics but in the final analysis, you must go inside yourself and awaken the different psychic centers and every cell in your body so that you exist as soul and make contact with the unseen and spiritual forces of the universe. And nay dear friends, Jesus took 18 years to do this. The Buddha took 12 years. Milarepa spent his time for more than 20 years inside the cave attaining enlightenment. My master said if a student is arduous and persevering, with sincerity in his heart, and truthfulness in his consciousness, 14 years of hard training coupled with service to others, there is possibility of attainment.

This are for those who are highly evolved who have already practiced in their past lives. But for those who just became mystics in this lifetime, I am sorry but I must be honest with you. It will take many more lives. But do not worry; every effort given for evolution is very beneficial and adds to your credit.

So first again, lip service is an illusion. Learn first the laws not only by reading but by experience then you will have all the right to teach and to serve.

Then there is the true path, the path of the illumined ones--beings that have attained enlightenment while on earth. These are the beings that have really something to give to their fellow men. They sacrificed all--honor, wealth, even their lives for the sake of others. They are the heroes, the martyrs and the sacrificers of light.

Now in between these two, there is a group of persons. They are not completely enlightened but they have some wisdom borne out of reading, hearing teachings and practicing meditation sincerely. They have not attained complete enlightenment yet but they are also called to serve.

The first thing that they must do is they must admit to themselves that they have attained little. Then, they must admit to the people they are serving what they know and what they do not know. This is honesty of the highest order and it is truthful. Then my master said, if you have learned something, meditated and experienced something, your first weapon is this: You must be truly sincere in your desire to help others. And you must not just talk, your hands and feet must labor and sweat in helping others. You must learn to share not your words but your money, your resources, the food in your table, the clothing you wear and everything that you have because it is only a gift of God to you and you are duty bound to share.

The next weapon my master said is humility. In the field of service and sacrificing to others, there will be people who will be antagonistic in your work and if you are a half-baked mystic, your tendency is to be affected, to be emotionally disturbed and you may even hit back in words and in deed and this is worse.  You must humble yourself before these maligners because in truth, they do not know you. And they are only doing to you what they understand by themselves. Maybe accordingg to their religion, beliefs and philosophy, what you are teaching is wrong and that is just understandable. So you must embrace your enemies with the fullest love and humility you can have. My master also said, with humility, you can walk on a razor's edge. You know why? Because with humility, when people attack you, you will be very, very small like a particle of an atom and the razor's edge becomes an infinite highway.

My master said, Humility, humility till the end of your life.

The third weapon you can have is tolerance. Look at creation, there are different forms; even men have different faces, different races, there is big and small, literate and illiterate, rich and poor. There are different religions and philosophies. Buddha was rejected by the learned Brahmin priests and academic pundits. Jesus was maligned by the doctors of theology of the Jewish religion. Socrates was made to drink poison by the elite and illustrados of Greece. And we can get many more examples of the rejections of the messengers of light by the very people who seems to be the cream of the intelligencia of their country. The saying “A prophet is not famous in his own house, and in his own land” is a great truism here. So, you must always practice maximum tolerance.

Whenever you are teaching, never impose "Do not smoke, do not drink, do not eat meat, be a vegetarian.  Do this and do that to your bodies." Because the body is just an external, secondary thing. It is not written 'blessed are the pure in bodies.' There is only one teaching, 'blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.' And let them be free. Respect their free will. Anyway, if they practice really hard, many of their bad habits, if they are really bad or maybe it’s only in your consciousness that these are bad, will drop away.

Also refrain from entering the privacy of people. Let them be private individuals. Privacy is sacred. Do not meddle in their personal affairs. You have your own life to perfect. Mind you own.

And never hurt the feelings of others. If you hurt the feelings of others, you desecrate God for God is in their hearts. You become blasphemous. Your duty is to make people happy, to put a smile in their lips, to make them laugh like little children. Your duty is to give them happiness and ease. Again, don’t hurt their feelings. They may hurt you, its okay, not a problem. But you may never hurt them. Never, never, never really hurt the feelings of others or you may loose all your spiritual development.

The next weapon you shall have is this, Courage. You must be brave. You must have that flaming heart in spite and despite the stones being hurled at you. You must stand your ground. The saying “the dark hosts will always menace the mind of the neophyte and even the teacher and will create circumstances to destroy his work of light" is a true statement of facts of the lives of harbingers of light. If in your own soul, by research and by communion with God and the masters, you have proven that your message is true, and correct, then be courageous. No one can touch you. Anyway, the brain and the body is just a raiment. These are the only things they can touch. They can never touch your soul because it’s of God.

But be aware also. Courage does not mean self-righteousnes. Never, never criticize any organization or any philosophy. Proclaim your understanding of truth and your methods of attaining this truth, that is all; for criticism breeds negativity and creates very, very hard karmas. Also be reminded that courage is not arrogance nad bull-headedness. Real courage is soft . It is a yielding force. If somebody attacks you, you just sway and dance like a bamboo. It is a process of adjustment in every situation. So be courageous.

Then another weapon is practice. The old saying "practice makes perfect" you must apply in your life. Make a schedule of your work then during your free time, meditate and contemplate the truths of life. Pierce your chakras. Let them glow with light. so that it will be easy for you to commune with your own soul and contact the God in your heart. If you really are a true servant of light, and you have weathered all the criticisms against you, you have drunk the chalice of poison from people who are against you, I think attainment is near. Again, even during holidays, don’t spend your time in wasted socialization. Give time to your meditation and practice. It is the only way. Practice, practice practice.

The last weapon is gratitude. Every time you wake up in the morning, thank God and the masters for another chance, another day to be alive, another day to evolve, another day to learn and another day to serve and sacrifice for others. Every time you receive a blessing, either money, food or other benefits in life, give thanks to God and the Masters and ask them for help that you may share what you have to the needy ones. Have a consciousness of always remembering God and the Masters and in this remembrance open your heart to them in gratitude and in thanksgiving. And lastly, before you sleep in the night, thank God and the Masters again for the day and pray that when you sleep, you be in the bosom of God and the Masters and that also in your sleep they use you and make you an invisible helper in the inner planes for others. The true path of service and sacrifice is this: No self. Have this great mantra "Others, others, others. Only others, not me." So by the grace of my master, I bid you adieu!

Peace unto all.  Om Shanti! Shanti! Shanti!

Warriors of Light, Warriors of Shambala!

Om Namaste!

From the Temple of Amen... I greet you all my brethren in the Light. The labors of many incarnations have finally reached this land—called Pearl of the Orient. The great Ruler Rigden Jheppo of Shambala of the secret Abode of the Masters in the White Island have finally taken notice of this country after more than four hundred years of purging and purification. The lamentations of her people have made the warriors of The Great Master incarnate in this land. Now they are here, the fierce and fiery warriors of the Light.

In 1936 the Great Pyramid of Giza proclaimed their coming. After the purification ofhe Word War II, lots of them are embodying in the little brown bodies of the Filipinos. Take pride now of your race for its time has come. Others, their colleagues in foreign lands have also embodied and are still arriving in great numbers. The superstitious, the tyrants and the dark ones are now trembling for they will be pushed deeper in to the abyss. Now the light is bursting—the sun has risen.

Soothing is the brilliance of the new day for this country. The Seraphims are here—the FIERY MAHASIDDHAS AND JIVANMUKTAS OF THE LORD. They will conquer this land with the fiery swords of their light and the burning compassion of their hearts. Their conquest will not be bathed in blood but in peace and harmony... By their tolerance they will be called warriors of Peace. They will not cause pain to be inflicted upon man nor animal. No trees or structures will crumble into ashes. Their advance will not make children orphans and mothers widows but will make them shed tears of joy and laughter for their fathers will be one of them. These warriors of lights are not neophytes of the path. They are achievers and have taken Cosmic Initiations in their previous lives. They

have come not to beg but to share their illumination. They are incarnation of beauty and culture. When each has come of age, they will knock at the portals of all authentic mystery schools of which our Order is one of the highest in the land.

We must be prepared for their coming for they come in thousands. Some are already among ys and they rejoice at every step they make in their studies. Some are already aware of their task and mission and cooperate with God and the Invisible Masters to the best of their abilities. Though some are unconscious disciples still they are very effective in their work. Let us hasten their awakening so that we amy see the brilliance of the noon day in this country of ours!

Just remember the promise of the Order, "If you practice the teachings in full sincerity, become charitable and does not harm or hurt any humans and the lesser creatures, after years of loyalty, you shall command all nature, the highest intelligences will be willing to obey your desire, true philosophers alone will be your equal, God alone will be your inspiration, and the demons shall tremble in the abyss upon thy approach and they shall never dare approach the place where thou art!"

Again, peace my brethren.

Om Shanti! Shanti! Shanti!
